Floral beads with Jan Cahill
This class is designed for people who want to learn the to make floral beads. The class will be held over one day and will be run on a mixed fuel torch. Students must be familiar with working on a mixed fuel torch and be able to make simple beads.
The class will cover a wide range of floral bead designs including:
- basic 3 and 5 dot flowers on round and lentil shaped beads (bring along your moulds for creating shapes)
- Stringer cane designs for different effects
- more complex floral designs such as the iris, daffodil and the lily.
- Other flowers can be made on request.
Courses runs from 10am to 4pm
